Where some games have the danger of entering a pattern after a while, this is highly unlikely with Cranium. You need to have four or more players to play it, and you are divided in teams of two or more. If you do well and get your tasks done correctly, you may take the shorter route, whereas if you fail to complete it you have to walk the long way around and do more tasks.
