- Our online return and exchange policy is simple. We offer a refund within 7 days of the purchase date providing the product is returned as new and with proof of purchase. We offer exchange within 14 days of purchase, providing the product is returned as new and with proof of purchase. We do not offer a refund on postage. Faulty items can be replaced or refunded in full (including postage). Please contact us for further details.
